• Single Independent Living (SIL)​

  • Ideal for participants with higher support needs, SIL provides participants with their own private space plus 24/7 assistance. Participants enjoy the freedom of an individual residence while knowing skilled staff are on hand whenever needed.

• Shared Living Accommodation​

  • If participants thrive in a communal setting, our Shared Living option pairs the participants with compatible housemates in a fully supported environment. Participants will benefit from shared responsibilities, social connections and coordinated care, all within a safe, well-managed household.

• Housing needs assessment & property sourcing

  • Working with the participants to clarify their preferences and locate suitable private, shared or supported living options.

• Application & lease support

  • Helping with rental applications, landlord requirements and supplying references or support letters.

• Tenancy management assistance

  • Advising on rent and bill payments, coordinating property upkeep and arranging any required maintenance.

• Relocation coordination

  • Guiding participants through every step of a move finding new accommodation, securing the lease and overseeing the transition.

• Crisis housing intervention

  • Rapid support to identify and access safe, stable accommodation in urgent or crisis situations.​
