Our Travel & Transport Assistance is designed to remove barriers and keep participants moving safely, comfortably and on time. Services include:

 

• Door-to-Door Transport

  • Chauffeured rides to and from medical appointments, social outings, community events or everyday errands like shopping. Our trained support staff ensure individuals journey is smooth and reliable.

• Public Transit Support

  • Guidance on using buses, trains or trams: we’ll help participants map routes, interpret timetables and even accompany participants on trips for added confidence.

• Trip Accompaniment

  • A friendly companion for all participants excursions whether it’s a specialist consultation, a family gathering or a recreational activity so our participants always feel secure and supported.

• Travel Planning & Coordination

  • End-to-end assistance with organising longer journeys: researching transport options, booking tickets or rideshares, and securing accessible accommodation.
